IN PARADISE THERE WAS NO ARCHITECTURE

Solo exhibition at Umeå art academy gallery, 2015

Installation consisting of a two channel video projection, transparent photographs on steel podiums, steel and a fan sculpture. In paradise there was no architecture examines how history is made through a constant reinvention of its own being, constructed through a patriarchal ideal and utopia. A continuously influence on our perception and knowing, which becomes normalized and blinded from another side of the reality.
